Fiber One Carrot Muffin Tops

Ingredients
chop the cereal, carrots, apples and walnuts or pecans individually in a blender or food processor. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Fill muffin top cups fully and bake. Low fat, low sugar and delicious. You can add 1/4 cup coconut, dried fruit etc but it will add to the sugar content etc.
Directions
Bake at 350 in a muffin top pan or form a circle on parchment paper for 12-15 minutes.
