Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeBanana, fresh, mashed, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)Shredded coconut, unsweetened, 0.5 cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Coconut oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mash banana. Mix all ingredients together. Fry in coconut oil. Top with fresh fruit as desired.
