Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (skineless and boneless) 2 Tbsp butterboiled and cut into cubes1 cup canned creamed corn1.5 cups frozen corn1 jalepeno pepper, minced1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 tsp cayene pepper1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup flour2 1/2 cups skim or 1% milk
Directions
Boil the chicken in water till cooked. Set aside to cool. Then chop chicken into small cubes.Chop the onion and celery and jalepeno and set in a bowl. In a soup pot over med- heat melt the butter and saute till tender the onion celery and jalepeno pepper. Add the flour and stir constantly for 30 seconds. Add the milk and bring to a boil and stir until thickened. Add the chicken, corn, creamed corn and salt and cayene pepper.
