Banana, Oat and Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients
1 Egg white, slightly beaten2 Medium bananas, mashed, but lumpy1/2 cup cooked pureed carrots1/2 cup Brown sugar1/2 cup natural peanut butter1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rolled oats1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt2 Tbspn flax seed meal
Directions
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring until mixed, but lumpy.

Spray a muffin tin with Pam.
Bake in a 350* oven for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.
