Fried Banana Peppers

Ingredients
1 Cup AP flour (any flour will work)1/2 Cup Buttermilk or regular3 Medium sized Banana peppers, halvedSalt & pepper to season Flour2 Cups vegetable oil
Directions
- heat Oil on medium heat
- mix flour and milk and season creating a batter ( maybe a little less milk)
-cut banana peppers in halves and dip in batter right before frying
-place on drying rack once they are golden brown
