Crystal's Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (1 lb)Shredded CheesePace Picante Salsa 1 can black beansMission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas
Directions
Cook the chicken and then dice it up. Add shredded cheese, black beans, and salsa until mix is wet. In a hot skillet lay down a tortilla and spoon some of the mix onto it. Cover with another tortilla and flip once the first side browns. You can add more cheese/salsa/beans as you see fit. If you're not health conscious I'd suggest adding bacon.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 4-6 quesadillas depending on how much you fill them up
