Apple Salad

Ingredients
1/2 apple3 cups mixed greens2 tbsp feta1 tbsp reduced-calorie dressing1/2 apple1 tbsp. peanut butter
Directions
Toss 3 cups of mixed greens with 1/2 of a medium, sliced apple. Top with 2 tbsp feta cheese and 1 tbsp reduced calorie dressing.

Later, eat the remaining half of apple with 1 tbsp. peanut butter as a snack.
