Broccoli, Zucchini & Bell Peppers

Ingredients
2 bunches Broccoli (chopped)3 small Zucchini 1 Red Bell Pepper1 Green Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Grated Parmesean CheeseSeasoning
Directions
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a 10 inch pan. Add broccoli and boil for 5 - 7 minutes or until it is crisp-tender. Remove broccoli and set aside. Wipe out pan and heat oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for a few minutes then add broccoli back in and cook a little longer.
