13 Manicotti pasta1 C r4icotta1 pk softened cream cheese4 green onions chopped8 oz shrimp cook, then chopped6 oz Imitation Crab meat2 C Marinara sauce3/4 C shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 375. Cook and drain pasta shells ass directed on package, cool under running cold water.
Mix ricotta cheese and cream cheese in bowl, Stir in shrimp, onions, and crab meat. Spoon 3/4 C marinara sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Stuff shells and put on top of sauce. Spoon remaining marinara sauce on top and cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, bake additional 10 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
