No Sodium Risotto

Ingredients
1 c arborio rice2 T olive oil1/2 c onion2 pkt Herb Ox No Sodium Granulated Chicken Bouillon3 c. hot water
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil
Add rice, stir for 2-3 min,
Stir in 1 c of water until water is absorbed
Continue with other 2 c of water, 1 at a time, until all water is absorbed.
Let stand for 5 min.
Rice will thicken.
