Orange Creamsicle Protein Shake

Ingredients
8 oz milk (I use Almond Breeze Almond Milk, refrigerated, unflavored, unsweetened, 30 cal / serving)1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)1 packet orange flavored sugar free drink stick (the kind that you put in a water bottle)1 T. sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix1 T. sugar free vanilla syrup5 - 6 ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for ice in a blender until well mixed. Add ice and mix until all ice is crushed.
