Potatoes with Whipping cream potatos 1.25 cup = 138

Ingredients
5 lbs potatoes- par boiled, cooled and shredded ( just use 5 lbs ore ida hasbrown potato thawed out)1 pint heavy whipping creamNot sure how to do serving size. Ore ida serving is 1.25 cups.... so 1.25 cups gets about 1.24 tablespoon of whipping cream
Directions
- heat oven to 350
- grease a 9x13 pan
- spread thawed out potatoes,
-salt and pepper the cream, pour cream over pototoes and back 25-35 minutes at 350
