Balsamic Vinegar marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2T Balsamic vinegar2T light olive oil1tsp dry mustard5 tsp minced garlic2T onion flakes1 pkg pork tenderloin (2/pkg)
Directions
Mix marinade. Pour over pork; allow to marinate overnight if possible. Can also be cooked immediately. Heat small amt of olive oil in large cast iron skillet; sear pork on all sides in hot cast iron skillet, reserving the marinade. Pour marinade over the pork, and transfer skillet to 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes (flipping halfway thru) or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
