Feingold Basic Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour1/4 Cup of Sugar1 tsp. Baking Powderdash of salt1 tsp. pure vanilla1 Egg1 Cup Milk2 Tbs. Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour about 1/4 cup onto hot grill or griddle. Cook until bubbles form and edges are cooked; turn and brown other side. Makes twelve 4" pancakes.
