Spinach, Mozzarella, and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
4- 3 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin2 cups baby spinach1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheeseSeasoned salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with small amount of non-stick spray. Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick. Layer on spinach, mozzarella, and mushrooms divided evenly between chicken breasts. Roll closed and place seam side down in baking dish. Sprinkle seasoned salt to taste on top of breasts. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until chicken reads 180 and juices run clear.
