Buffalo Mayonnaise

Ingredients
3-4 tbsp. Hot Sauce1 large egg2/3 cup avocado oil1/8 tsp garlic powder1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
Using an immersion blender, combine all ingredients except hot sauce, slowly raising the blender until thickened. Once you have a mayo, add hot sauce and combine again. Refrigerate.
