Ingredients
-1 Can chickpeas-1 Can Hearts of Palm-1 1/4 Cups Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Mix, prepared-1 bag Mixed Greens-Zest of 1 LemonDressing-Juice of 1 Lemon-2Tbsp Nonfat Mayo-2 Tbsp Nonfat Plain Yogurt
Directions
Combine chickpeas, hearts of palm (diced), and cooked (and cooled) couscous

Prepare dressing, and stir into chickpea mixture.

Upon serving, stir in 1.5 servings of mixed greens
