Chicken Chalupa

Ingredients
brown chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil; saute chopped onion and garlic in 1 tbsp oil; remove chicken and onion mix to mixing bowl; combine w/ 1 can black beans, rotels tomato/green peppers, 1 cup corn, sour cream and chopped green chiles;spray baking dish w/ PAM; line bottom of dish w/ 6 tortillas, divide half of chicken mixture, cover w/ grated cheese, repeat. complete w/ 1 layer of tortillas covered w/ cheese.spray foil w/ pam and cover baking dish tightly w/ foil. Bake at 350 degree x45 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking 15 additional minutes.
