Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1 Apple, Gala (medium)1 Medium Raw Carrot 1 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger Root1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Orange/Lemon/Lime Peel (You choose which one to use). 3 Tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)1 oz Orange/Lemon/Lime Juice (again you choose)1 tsp Granulated Sugar1/2 C Raisins (not packed).1 tsp Cinnamon, ground3 chopped sprigs of Dill weed, fresh (Can use Freeze Dried)
Directions
Grate apple, carrot, ginger and citrus peel into medium bowl. Add raisins, mayo, sugar and citrus juice and spices and mix thoroughly.
Chill. Sprinkle with a little dill to top off.
