HCG Thai Sweet-Chili Chicken with Asparagus

4 to 5 oz Skinless boneless chicken breast10 Spears of asparagus cut to bite size1/4 cup of chicken stock (365 whole foods)1 tsp Minced garlic3/4 tsp Gourmet Garden chili spice1/2 tsp Coconut oil4-8 Drops plain Stevia
melt coconut oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken until golden colored on both sides and place on cutting board to rest. Add 1 tbsp of the chicken broth to pan and stir to loosen bits. add garlic, stir for 30 seconds then add the chili and stir in until mixed. Add asparagus and stir fry until soft and bright green. Add remaining chicken broth. Cube resting chicken and return to pan along with the juices. Stir until slightly thickened and serve.
