Spicy Shrimp & Crab Bruschetta

Ingredients
5 Bread Slices cut into quarters500g Raw Shrimp peeled, de-veined1 tsp Lemon rind grated2 Garlic cloves minced1/2 tsp Paprika1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp Black pepper1 Plum tomato seeded and finely chopped1 cup Green onions finely chopped1 can (170g) Crabmeat drained2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed2 tbsp Parsley freshly chopped
Directions
Cut bread slices into quarters, arrange on baking sheet.
Grill bread for 1 - 2 minutes per side until toasted
Stir together shrimp, lemon rind, garlic, paprika, hot pepper flakes and black pepper.
Place shrimp in single layer on aluminum foil.
Grill over medium-high heat for 2 - 4 minutes turning once or until opaque.
Stir together tomato, green onions, crabmeat, lemon juice and parsley.
Add salt and pepper
Spoon 1 tbsp of crabmeat mixture onto toasted bread .
Top with shrimp
