Ingredients
Mix 1 pound of hamburger1 egg1 cup of Oatmeal (uncooked) Quakers1 cup of Zoomonionketchupdash salt1 tsp pepper1/2 cup raw chopped onion1 packet of onion soup mixMix well - put into bread pan, bake in oven 375 until done.I make low fat / no fat scallop potatoes to go with it. For Veggie - I serve steam green beans.
Directions
375 for 1 hour or until done ( juice clear)
