1 rice cake 11.5g2T chopped tomato1 T chopped onion3 T chopped green pepper1 small mushroom, slicedItalian seasoning or oregano, pepper, garlic, rosemary mixedMozzarella CheeseCabbage pieces (opt)Cucumber slices (opt)
Put half of cheese on top of rice cake and barely melt cheese in microwave or under broiler. Then layer tomatoes, sprinkle on a few pinches of seasoning, green pepper, mushrooms, and then the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle again with a little bit of seasoning. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve with cabbage and cucumber slices. Or top with spinach instead of cabbage. Serves 1.
