Ingredients
Potato, grated, 5 small or 4 mediumEgg, fresh, 1 largeGarlic, 2 clovesCanola Oil, 3 tbspDill, 1 tspSaltPepper
Directions
Grated potatoes into a bowl.
Mince garlic.
Mix in egg, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fry 1/4 inch thick patties in oil until lightly browned.
