Ingredients
14 eggs0.5 cup of red peppers chopped0.5 cup Yellow Pepper strips, or chopped1.5 cups of fresh spinach chopped1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms chopped0.5 cup of shredded cheese1 cup frozen broccoli
Directions
Steam the broccoli and chop into small pieces.whisk eggs, add all vegetables. Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins (2/3 full). Bake in oven at 350 for 10-12 mins, or until egg is fully cooked
