Bacon Parmesan Potatoes

5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced1 medium onion, diced4 tbsp butter4 slices low sodium bacon, chopped1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spread potato slices in a baking dish. Sprinkle with onions and bacon. Place pieces of butter on top, season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake about 40 minutes, until potatoes are soft. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan, return to oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp.
