Ingredients
Diced tomatoes, 1 canRotel tomatoes, 1 canBlack beans, 1 can, drainedBlack bean dip, 1 canOnionCeleryGreen pepperSeasonings, i.e. garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, etc.
Directions
Saute onion, celery green pepper in oil in slow cooker turned to high with seasonings of choice. Add one can diced tomatoes, one can Rotel tomatoes, one can black beans, drained and one can refried black beans. Add chopped cilantro, if desired. Turn to low and cook for 5-8 hours.
