1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2" cubes1 red bell pepper, sliced to 1" strips20 oz pineapple, cut into 1" cubes2 TBSP coconut aminos2 cloves garlic, mincedthumbsize of fresh ginger, minced1/3 cup honey2 TBSP arrowroot powder
Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
