Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 tbs white vinegar1/2 cup fresh cilantro1/2 medium avocado1 clove of garlic1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Add vinegar to Milk and let sit for 10 minutes or until it thickens. This is homemade butter milk. Then add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: makes about 1.5 cups
