Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Salad

Ingredients
Mrs. Leepers Gluten Free Corn Rotelli Pasta, 0.5 cup ⊗ 100 23 0 2Safeway Select Roasted Garlic Alfredo pasta sauce, 0.13 cup ⊗ 36 2 3 1Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen), 4 oz ⊗ 110 0 1 23Broccoli, cooked, 0.25 cup, chopped ⊗ 14 3 0 1Cherry Tomatos, 0.25 cup ⊗ 7 2 0 0Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp ⊗ 42 0 3 4Annie's Naturals Light Italian Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 0.5 serving ⊗ 30 1 3 0Fresh Express - 50/50 Mix - Baby Spinach / Spring Mix, 2 cup ⊗ 7 3 0 1Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pasta for 10 minutes
Steam chicken in microwave for 1 minute
Steam broccoli in microwave for 2 minutes
Put the pasta, chicken, and broccoli in a frying pan and toss with 1/8 cup alfredo sauce and set aside.
Put 2 cups of baby greens, or 50/50 mix on a plate.
Add 1/4 c. grape or cherry tomatoes
Add 1 tbsp Annie's Light Italian dressing and toss the salad.
Top with pasta mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
