Paula Dean Chicken with Bisquick dumplings

2 Lbs Chicken Breast (cubed)3 stalks celery (chopped)1 med yellow onion (chopped)2 Bay leaves1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1 cups Bisquick mix2/3 cup milk1 box fat free Swanson Chicken Broth
Cut the chicken Breast into cubes. Place the chicken, chopped celery, chopped onion, bay leaves, bouillon, salt, pepper & garlic in a large pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear. Add chicken broth and simmer over low heat about 40 minutes.
Add Ceam of Chicken Soup to help thicken sauce.
Make Bisquick Dumplings according to package directions & drop by spoonfuls.
cook on low-medium heat 10 minutes with the lid off
cook on low-medium heat addt'l 10 minutes with the lid on
