For softer peppers, par-boil peppers first. Slice in 1/2. Brown hamburger with onions, add garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Arrange peppers in glass pan, stuff with meat, top with cheese. Bake
Bake 350 for 20-25min til cheese is melted and meat is hot.
