Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. oatmeal2 ripe bananas, mashed2 egg whites1 ts. cinnamon1/4 ts. salt1 ts. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. On cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or Silpat, scoop level scoops with a mechanical ice cream scoop (hmm that's a lot of scoops in one sentence...). Do no press down. Bake at 350 10 min., or until lightly browned on the bottom. Will be soft.
