Ingredients
8oz or 250g grated cabbage1 large carrot, grated1 cup snow peas, thinly slicedDressing:2 tbspns oil1 tbspn sesame oil2 tbspns rice wine vinegar1 tbspn soy sauce2 tspns grated ginger1 tspn sugar substitute such as splenda
Directions
Mix slaw. Mix dressing ingredients together and whisk or shake. Pour over slaw, tossing to coat.
