Dar's Granola Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c. Roasted, salted peanuts1/2 c. Roasted sunflower seeds1/2 c. Roasted, chopped almonds1/2 c. Roasted pepitas2 c. Rolled oats, toasted in oven at 425*2 c. Krispy rice cereal1/2 c. Peanut butter1/2 c. (I use a little less than this) brown sugar1/2 c. Light corn syrup (you can put some honey w/ this) adds up to 1/2 c.1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a small pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until just warmed and combined. Add vanilla extract and stir. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients. Coat well.
Press into a 9 by 13 pan coated with cooking spray. Press down well to make the granola bars take shape. Let stand and harden. Then cut into bars. Wrap individually. Make another batch before this one is all gone!
