Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeMilk, 1%, 1.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 cupSalt, 2 tspBanana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Baking Powder, 7 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cupCanola Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mash bananas thoroughly. Mix dry ingredient together then mix wet ingredients and bananas in with the dry until combined.
Pour into muffin tin lined with liners and bake 20 mins (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean) at 350 degrees
