Rice a Roni Turkey and Wild Rice

Ingredients
Rice a Roni Wild and Long Grain Rice1 pound Ground Turkey1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup celery chopped1 cup red bell pepper chopped1 cup mushrooms chopped
Directions
chop all veggies, brown turkey then mix 1 and 2/3 cups water and 1 tsp of butter and rice a roni and seasoning packet with turkey. bring to a boil, cover reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in veggies and soup, return to simmer and cover and simmer for 5-10 mins until veggies are crisp-tender. let stand for 3 minutes then stir and serve. makes 4 servings
