Mashed Carrots & Rutabaga (Yellow Turnip)

Ingredients
Equal amounts Carrots & Rutabaga (or adjust ratio to taste)2 (or 145g) Carrots, peeled and sliced145g Rutabaga, peeled and cubed4 tsps Butter (adjust to taste)1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (or other milk or cream)Dash or so ground NutmegSalt & Pepper
Directions
Bring small amount of salted water to boil.
Add in the Carrots and Rutabaga and cook until tender enough to mash.
Drain the water, add Butter, Milk, Nutmeg, and Salt & Pepper to taste. Mash until as chunky or smooth as you like it.
