Cinnamon Quinoa Bake

Ingredients
365 Organic Quinoa, 2.5 cup (remove) Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving (remove) Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 2.75 oz (remove) Maple Syrup, .33 cup (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
1. Precook and cool Quinoa.
2. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
3. Line 8X8 glass baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper.
4. In a small bowl whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add Maple Syrup.
5. Stir egg mixture into Quinoa in a large bowl.
6. Pour in to lined pan.
7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Remove from dish as soon as possible so that it does not steam.
9. Allow to cool completely, then cut into bars
