1 whole pineapple, crushed (or 2-10 oz. cans drained - no sugar added)1 jalapeno, diced1/2 diced red onion2 cloves garlic, diced1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce (from canned chipotles)1/2 teaspoon saltZest of 1 lime1/2 lime, juiced1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 tablespoon olive oil
