Phil's Asian Style Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup chopped, fresh pineapple1/2 cup finely chopped almonds1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce2 Tbs. molasses1/4 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves1/4 tsp. nutmeg12 6 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts6 cups cooked, brown rice
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Prepare brown rice as directed. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken until no longer pink. Remove and let chicken sit for 5 minutes. Slice chicken and pour warm sauce over chicken. Serve with brown rice. This recipe is prepared in bulk to ensure several meals and/or snacks. Enjoy!
