Vegetarian meatballs

Ingredients

mixed nutsgluten free bread crumbs (or sliced bread)feta cheeseprovalone cheese (or fave cheese of your liking)onion, raw1 egg, optional
use food processor to grind up nuts and bread slices (or 1 cup gf bread crumbs).
Separately grind up onion and cheese, and (optional egg), then add to bread/nut mixture.
Roll into balls and bake in oven at350 for 30-40 minutes depending on oven and desired level of softness. (Bake until browning occurs )
** if seems too mushy before baking, add more bread crumbs. mixture should be wet enough to stick together but not too mushy that it can't form/hold a ball shape
