Ingredients
200 Canadian Bacon 350 Cabbage, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2.50 cup Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn .25 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
Directions
In a skillet - medium heath - sauté the onion with the bacon - 10 min. Add the cabbage and stir frequently - medium heat.

Add corn and milk (and cajun spice to taste) - simmer at low for 15 min until thicken.

Total: 925 gr
