1 banana 1/2 cup silken tufu1/2 cup soy milk2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1 tablespoon honey
Directions
slice banana and freeze until firm.
Add ingredients in blender until smooth
take about 1 hr for banana to get firm in freezer
