Ham Cheese Tomato and Onion Omelet

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large 1/8 cup Ham, regular, diced 1/8 cup Kraft Mexican Style Taco CheeseSalt, 1 dash *5 cherry tomatos*1/8 cup green onion (spring onion), sliced *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Slice onion, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Season and saute in oil and remove from pan. Whisk eggs and add to pan, season, cook and turn. Add ham, vegetables and cheese; continue to heat. Fold over and slide onto plate.

Serving Size: makes one two-egg omelet
