2 Large egg whites3 tbsp of light butter (I use bummel and brown)1/3 cup sugar3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup white flour1/2 tsp Baking soda1 cup cinnamon applesauce1/4 skim milk2 mashed bananas1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf, cut into 10 slices
