1 tbl. benecol. 2 eggs scrambled1/4cup bell pepper1/4 cup red sweet pepper1/4 onionspinach 2 turkey sausage links sliced
Directions
add benecol to pan, saute veggies, add sausage brown, pour eggs over and cook until done.
