Spinach and 2 Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 bag of fresh spinach1 bx of jumbo noodles1 jar of pasta sauce1 carton of skim ricotta cheese2 cups fat free mozzarella2 tsp garlic2/3 cup parmesan cheese1 lg egg
Directions
Boil jumbo shell noodles till aldente. Wilt spinach with garlic and small amount of water in pan. Put in a bowl and mix well with the egg and parmesan cheese. Spoon in the spinach cheese mixture into jumbo shells. You should only have enough mix to fill 25 shells. Pour the jar of pasta sauce evenly on top of the stuffed shells and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes covered in foil and then for 10 more minutes uncovered. Serves 5 at 5 shells a serving.
