Secrets Crab Cake

1 pound lump crabmeat1 cup mayo1 tbsp. old bay seasoning1/2 small jar pimento, chopped2 eggs1 pack of townhouse club crackers (maybe more, it's like meatloaf, sometimes less, sometimes more)
Add all ingredients to bowl, crush up crackers and also add. Very gently toss to mix trying to keep lumps of crab from breaking. Form into balls and lightly squish to get cake. I bake mine at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. They can be fried but do it very carefully as turning could break them up.
