Almond-Hemp Milk

Ingredients
1 cup of soaked Almonds. Soak overnight.1/4 cup Hemp seeds. Soak 1/2 hour before juicing.1/4 cup dates, pitted.6 cups water. Optional. 1/2 tsp. VanillaDash of CinnamonDash of NutmegCacao powder
Directions
Soak nuts overnight. In morning drain, rinse well. Soak 1/4 cup of dates a half hour before juicing. Soak hemp seeds for 1/2 hour before juicing. Add nuts and dates slowly to juicer adding small amounts of water. Re-juice pulp adding water as it runs through the juicer. It helps to extract more out of the nuts.

You can make in a vitamix and separate the pulp with a nut sack if you don't have a juicer that will make the milk. This is not cooked. If you can get raw nuts, it's better more nutritious.
